Montana regenerative ranchers are more than just cattlemen; they’re conservationists, ecologists, stewards of the land they manage, animal welfare advocates, and so much more!
They work tirelessly to produce the most nutrient-dense and high quality beef possible…. And they’re some of the most hard-working, genuine people you’ll ever meet!
My business is entirely inspired by these ranchers! My hope and intention in creating Western Montana Tallow Co is to build upon what they’ve begun, and to follow their pattern in serving our community.
Oxbow Cattle Company
I’m proud to announce that our very first batch of tallow is sourced from Oxbow Cattle Company!
I’ve been buying beef from their farm-to-market store for many years. Their ranch begins just over the hill from where I grew up - at the south end of the Missoula valley. Bart and Wendy Morris co-own Oxbow, and their work has supported the Missoula ecosystem and community in more ways than I can count! I’m very thankful that my little business can support the work they do!
